EXPLEO CANADA is looking for an HR Recruiter to join a dynamic and expanding team in Mirabel, QC. The responsibilities of this position will be to lead employment marketing and recruitment initiatives for a dedicated portfolio of employment functions for internal and external positions, primarily supporting the business needs of Mirabel, Quebec. Responsibilities: Provide recruitment expertise for any specific recruitment project Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to confirm job requirements, skills, selection criteria, salary budget, interview teams and creation of search strategy Design, drive and execute comprehensive and innovative recruitment strategies to build a solid pool of qualified candidates in a timely manner Support sourcing specialists to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings through a variety of staffing approaches to include LinkedIn professional networking, employee and candidate referral, and database management. generic career and career websites Perform telephone screenings and preliminary interviews with candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the positions and recommend suitable candidates for the next level of interview Provide high quality shortlists Provide exceptional customer service to designated client groups by communicating consistently with business leaders, HR manager, partner agencies and applicants Participate in job marketing and recruitment events in close coordination with transnational teams Cooperate with other national and transnational EM / recruitment specialists and national and global procurement teams Negotiate the terms of the offer as needed Maintain precise recruitment measures for cross-divisional reports Other assigned tasks. Qualifications: More than 5 years of professional recruitment experience at different professional levels Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships, engage and align with partner agencies, client groups and candidates Demonstrated ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands Knowledge of EEO and labor law Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others Mastery of MS Office systems, candidate tracking and HRIS Up to 15% of national and / or international travel may be required per year.
