Miles HR has a temporary opportunity for a Receptionist to join a large property development company for a minimum 6 week assignment. This is a fast paced and busy role that requires your strong MS Office skills with the ability to work with contracts and be able to coordinate requirements for multiple worksites. Duties Include: Front desk reception Answering phones Greeting visitors Coordinating courier packages Coordinating requirements for multiple worksites MS Office working with contracts High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced work environment Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 About you: Minimum 2 years Reception experience in a corporate setting Good MS Office experience Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task Professional, friendly attitude Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced corporate work environment This is a minimum 6 week Monday – Friday temporary assignment starting immediately.
