**About the role**
As the Senior Manager, Territory Finance, you have deep knowledge of and oversee the Territory’s P&L. You look for every opportunity to grow sales and margin as you drive the management of expenses to either generate a higher return or minimize costs. You work closely with Store Operations, your Territory Finance peers, Territory leadership team and other business partners to ensure the Territory delivers financial targets and operational excellence. You provide insight to the Territory leaders based on your analysis and observations that enable and equip them to drive profitable sales growth.
**What you'll do**
+ Analyzes and interprets the Territory P&L to uncover opportunities that accelerate sales and gross margin and leverage or minimize expenses.
+ Builds comprehensive action-oriented plans with Territory leaders that capture opportunities, drive the execution of plans, and build in milestones that deliver both maximum results and accountability.
+ Credible and accessible resource to Territory, Region and District leaders as they develop and execute their business plans.
+ Validates and analyzes outlier performance to identify opportunities to drive profitable sales growth and narrow variability in results.
+ Influences future strategies and forecasts that drive total profitability.
+ Leads the successful execution/scheduling of labor in partnership with Store Operations and the Territory leadership team.
+ Provides insights to Territory leadership regarding real estate growth opportunities and remodels.
**Who you are**
+ Deep knowledge and experience in the areas of store operations including labor planning, workflow and labor scheduling.
+ Demonstrated leadership, including the ability to influence functional experts and peers, Store Operations and other departments to deliver best product.
+ Strong financial analysis and reporting skills (including risk and financial modeling).
+ Highly analytical skillset and experience to translate data into innovative strategies and solutions to complex problems; Strong problem-solving analysis and decision-making skills; drive for results.
+ Effective in presenting strategies and data to influence outcomes.
+ Proven track record forming partnerships and as seen as a credible partner across the Territory.
+ Effectively deliver training and goal setting support for stores leaders to drive profitable sales growth.
+ Proven success in working in a multi-unit, retail environment delivering strategies that drive growth.
+ Proficient skill in Microsoft Office, Power Bi, Nova and Excel.8+ years of related business experience.
+ Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
+ Ability to travel overnight as needed.
