The Full-Time Maintenance Associate will be responsible for a variety of duties, so you must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must be willing to follow all health and safety stands when working at heights, working with hand and powered tools and ensure warehouse standards are met. What we offer: Competitive wage range of $18.07 to $23.92 per hour Profit-Sharing Program Comprehensive Flexible Benefits Family-oriented culture What you will do: You are a team player who is comfortable handling multiple priorities within our business by providing onsite support and guidance on general building maintenance and sanitation. You are an individual who thrives in a physically demanding and challenging role and has a keen eye for detail and quality work. Your key responsibilities will include: Hands on repair of warehouse and general facility repairs; Operation of facility equipment including compactor and bailing machine; Participate in the Facility Audit and Preventative Maintenance programs (Internal Sanitation, Premise Check, Workplace Inspection, Emergency Light, Door and Dock); Liaise with outside Contractors; Must demonstrate an adherence to all HACCP and Food Handling practices; Other duties and changing priorities as assigned What we need: Must be comfortable using hand and portable, powered tools; Must be comfortable working at heights on ladders and Skyjack; Must be able to work in tight spaces occasionally; Must have general building maintenance knowledge; Must be willing to work in a multi-temperature environment; Must be able to work with minimal supervision; Must be a team player and willing to be flexible with changing priorities; Experience operating Raymond End Rider, or willingness to learn, is seen as an asset; Must be able to safely lift weights up to 50lbs occasionally; Must be proficient in written and oral English language; Must be able to handle stressful situations and provide Service Excellence to internal customers; Schedule : Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm (must be flexible to occasionally work alternate shifts during vacation coverage periods) Hiring rates from $18.07 to $23.92/hour Flanagan Foodservice Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and has an accommodation process in place to provide accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
