Your main responsibilities will include : Preparing and editing legal documents and letters; Preparing usual proceedings in litigation; Transcribing texts mostly in French; Managing professionals' agenda and all required follow-ups; Calculating procedural delays and registering them in the agenda; Managing phone calls and their follow-ups; Drafting correspondence and ensuring its follow-up; Proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure they are compliant with legal procedures and grammatical usage; Preparing client cases (correspondence, supporting evidence, etc.); Opening, paper and electronic filing, follow-up and organization of files. PREREQUISITES Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Secretarial Affairs (legal profile) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Office Automation, or any other combination of relevant training/experience will be considered; Experience as Legal Assistant in Litigation; Excellent French skills, spoken like written, basic English; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong organizational and priority management skills; Autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision.
