Description The incumbent will have as main responsibilities to implement the various marketing and advertising campaigns for the Canadian and European markets. He (she) will be responsible for preparing promotional material, planning and coordinating the holding of various events and providing the required reports and analyzes. Responsibilities Develop, in collaboration with the VP Marketing and Customer Experience, marketing objectives and strategies based on sales forecasts. Develop and implement promotional campaigns and plans. Develop the annual calendar of activities and coordinate its implementation. Develop the required presentations and documentation. Manage the inventory of promotional material and ensure its efficient and timely distribution. Write various promotional documents, letters to clients, etc. Support the sales team by providing them with analysis, market data, forecasts, etc. Ensure that all communications and promotions comply with SynMed brand standards. Carry out various research of competing products by identifying and evaluating characteristics, market share, prices and advertising carried out. Maintain internal databases. Perform any other related task. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Marketing position. Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. Fully bilingual, English and French / written and spoken. Pharmacy experience an important asset. Salesforce experience an important asset. Project management experience an important asset. Strong sense of organization, customer-oriented, results-oriented, resourceful. Ability to work in an evolving environment. Availability to travel, on an occasional basis.
