ABOUT THE JOBQuickstart Our client, a company operating in the parapublic sector, is looking for two customer service agents for its facilities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Receive, guide and assist visitors, clients or suppliers at the head office in a courteous manner adapted to their individual needs - Receive requests from tenants, housing applicants, or the general public concerning the rental of units, collection, maintenance or any other broad subject related to the office and refer them to the persons responsible - Forward housing application forms to applicants by telephone and email - Receive documents to update existing files of people who are waiting for housing - Assist applicants in finding their rank on the eligibility list on the office's website through the computer terminal located at the reception desk; give the status on the eligibility list to applicants who come to the office when they cannot obtain it by themselves - Receive mail and process access card requests from head office - Perform simple clerical tasks - When required, perform any other related activities that he/she is reasonably capable of achieving OUR OFFER - Temporary positions with the possibility of permanence - Salary of $23.97/hr - Full-time for 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (possibility of working four days a week) - Location accessible by public transportation OUR REQUIREMENTS - Perfectly bilingual - Excellent customer service - Good management of incoming calls (high volume) - Good knowledge of office automation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Autonomous and resourceful - Warm, pleasant, calm, honest and discreet person, capable of empathy, patient - Empathetic towards our clientele CONTACT PERSON Amélie Audet Talent Acquisition Consultant C [Register to View]
