Our E-Marketplace team within our Jobboom product is looking for a Sales and Business Development Representative. The representative is responsible for presenting and negotiating complete recruitment solutions for various types of recruiters (employers, agencies, municipalities) with recruitment needs for their industry and the Canadian market. He/she has the mandate to meet and exceed sales objectives through inbound assignments (leads), renewal of existing clients and the development of new clients. He/she will conduct telephone contacts or virtual meetings in order to promote Jobboom products to recruiters. Main responsibilities: Respond to requests for information from employer registrations (inbound leads); Propose recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our clients; Ensure the management and satisfaction of its client portfolio; Ensure the development of its portfolio by prospecting for new clients in need of recruitment; Achieve and exceed personal sales objectives; Promote Jobboom's products to the customer base. Desired profile: Good interpersonal negotiator; Focused on the client's needs in order to propose the right support solutions; Collaborative: We are a team and we all have the same goals Qualifications: 2 years experience in B2B sales; Bilingual (French-English) oral and written; Experience in selling digital products is an asset.
