We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic brand team as an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager at Milwaukee Tool, the fastest growing brand in the Tool Industry and the World Leader in Cordless Innovation. The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing robust marketing campaigns and impactful merchandising solutions to showcase Milwaukee’s disruptive innovation and robust assortment in the market, in-store and online. A successful candidate will have an intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality and a strong passion to win. What you will do: The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager manages key marketing activities as well as the development, planning and production of in-store signage, pallet displays and other merchandising requirements to generate demands for Milwaukee Tool. Key Focuses: · Collaborate with brand marketing manager and key account managers to support the development of merchandising concepts and solutions for new launches and promotional displays Develop an effective work flow process with approved vendors and the US teams to organize the robust production schedule of fixtures and point-of-sale materials to ensure Milwaukee delivers best-in-class merchandising solutions in the Industry Partner with creative services department and specific vendors to develop unique marketing collaterals, point-of-sale materials and fixture requirements to effectively communicate key brand message while upholding brand strategy and guidelines · Support brand manager in developing compelling brand marketing campaigns to guide prospects and customers through the marketing funnel to generate brand equity and convert them to loyal end users · Effectively project manage brand marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns from concept to execution with cross-functional teams from sales, product, channel to operations to focus on priorities and effective communications Manage brand marketing budget and inventory of key marketing materials and merchandising components with internal and external stakeholders Observe competitive activity and identify marketing and retail merchandising trends and solutions in the market · Demonstrate the drive to win and resiliency by developing agile and innovative strategies to consistently elevate the brand in the market for key growth categories to achieve specific targets What make you successful: Builds strong relationships on a foundation of trust, loyalty and authenticity Relentlessly pursues results with a strong attention to detail while identifying areas of improvement and executes changes if necessary A fantastic multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Be highly resourceful and an incessant problem solver who optimizes resources to hit business goals Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability Genuinely enjoys a collaborative team effort Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback What you have done:  Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding or Merchandising Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, business or other relevant fields Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in story telling via PowerPoint presentations Analytical and curious to understand market, consumer and customer insights Can translate business goals into action plans to deliver results
