About the Position As part of the Growth team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to and implementing the Company's marketing plans, communications and public relations activities and for crafting promotional messages and distributing these via media, advertising and social media. Each of our marketing activities has a strong communications component and includes developing marketing materials that outline our services to patients (current and prospective) and promoting these via relevant media. You will coordinate the efforts of other staff members engaged, from time to time, in the Company’s marketing and communications efforts. Crucially, you will share the founder’s passion for being the international standard for successful reproductive health and fertility centres and for making the right to family accessible to everyone. Key Responsibilities Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic Deploying successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution Managing the design and production of promotional materials, social media posts, videos, illustrations, handouts etc. Negotiating and managing the relationships with third-party marketing agencies and/or freelance contractors Understanding of overall budget considerations, and ability to deliver projects within expected financial considerations Comfortable managing & responding to certain direct patient communications (eg: direct messaging on social, brand reputation management, escalation of concerns) Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Being able to establish ROI is important, and will require collaboration across departments as we work to establish our available data sets Leverage social media platforms to enhance Company’s digital presence Working with the Growth team, showing a systems-level thinking across the organization, to set the marketing strategy for the business. Create and align patient educational content through all channels (website, newsletter, social clinic, etc) Organize company presence at trade shows and conferences Regular reporting on progress of marketing initiatives and project metrics Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of these records Take on special projects as assigned by supervisor Follow industry trends and anticipate impact on business model Qualifications and Requirements Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field At least 5 years of strong results in marketing role, ideally in B2C environment Proficiency in software used to create advertising and marketing material Proficiency in use of internet as information/research tool Excellent time management skills and keen attention to detail Advanced understanding of how human behavior can be influenced by messaging Track record of success in: Storytelling Producing flawless written materials and messages Campaign development through to execution Working with others to develop promotional materials Responding to online reviews and negative coverage Social media audience engagement and growth Developing and maintaining media contacts Digital/SEO Editing Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and varying degrees of experience Ability to focus on task at hand to ensure that initiatives move forward in timely fashion Understanding of how various functions rely on each other’s performance Ability to be hands-on in all facets of marketing Profile Persistent and proactive Natural relationship-builder Sincere interest in helping people Comfortable working in team environment Professional, conscientious, punctual and dependable ·Collaborative, agreeable and optimistic Unfazed under pressure Intellectually curious
