Find out more at: [Register to View] Job summary: Reporting to the Director, Procurement Operations, the Order Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to ensure order deliveries are efficiently monitored and that stakeholders are kept informed of any deviations from expected delivery timeframes. Your day will look like this: - Actively monitor order delivery confirmations and perform follow-up verifications with vendors - Proactively communicate with internal clients on back orders or delayed delivery notifications - Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) - Follow-up with appropriate stakeholders for delivery confirmations of drop-ship orders - Maintain Order Delivery Status Monitoring Log - Provide recommendations on process improvement opportunities related to order delivery tracking - Perform other logistical tasks related to product deliveries Your profile: - College diploma or other relevant training - 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of supply or equivalent experience - Very good understanding and knowledge of ERP, MRP systems - Fluency in both official languages, both oral and written - Excellent command of the MS Office suite - Ability to analyze, research and attention to detail highly developed - Ability to work autonomously and independently while having strong teamwork skills - Strong organizational sense - Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple files at once - Ability to identify, evaluate and quickly solve problems - Strong customer approach skills (internal & external) - Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment - Effective time management skills and can prioritize and communicate to ensure deadlines are met Our offer to you: - Competitive compensation and group insurance plan, including telemedicine service - Corporate savings plan with employer contribution - Skills development activities and opportunities for career advancement - Reimbursement of professional fees required for employment - Reimbursement of professional development fees - Work environment conducive to personal health and well-being - Recognition program - Employee assistance program **We thank all applicants for their interest in Solotech, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
