Position Summary

Reporting to the COO, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning and execution & personnel coordination
  • Maintain high level of communication with field personnel, fulfilling service requests
  • Assists the COO with project data entry and internal and external reporting
  • Supports project teams in completion and submission of QC turnover packages
  • Completes tracking and reporting of safety metrics
  • Ensures employee time for remote projects is entered accurately
  • Maintains and orders material, tools and safety supplies for site and stock
  • Assist project teams by performing various support tasks (safety equipment & rental vehicle pickup and drop-off, and occasional material site run)
  • Assist Finance with the issuance of purchase orders and project billing
  • Assist HR with new hire process and onboarding for field employees
  • Other tasks as required or assigned
  • Safety is everyone’s responsibility and you are responsible to look out for yourself and those around you

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 year experiences in a coordination role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or administration would be an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
