MaxSys Personnel continues to expand! To support our growth and to participate in the effort to diversify our professional services, we are looking for a director for our future permanent placement service branch.
Will you be our next leader who will launch our operations in downtown Montreal?
You will work in concert with the Regional Director and the Corporate Services Support Team.
- Identify, recruit and train your team of advisors;
- Lead the development and maintenance of business relationships for the downtown branch;
- Develop and diligently manage a list of prospects;
- Maintain a rigorous routine of sales activities;
- Track team sales activities and provide feedback based on goals and results
- Maintain communications with the client portfolio.
- Coach, assess and support the growth of team members;
- Design the standardized service offer and billing methods;
- See to the application and maintenance of ISO standards and corporate policies;
- Participate in the development of various operational strategies and invest in their application.
- Actively participate in recruitment and headhunting operations;
- Work in concert with the other teams in the division, the finance team and corporate services.

- Hold a university degree in business administration or a related field
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the particularities of recruitment, mainly of executives and professionals, and of the tools used in practice;
- Demonstrate good familiarity with social networks;
- Be good at oral and written communication;
- Demonstrate charisma, determination and openness;
- Bilingual - English and French
