Our rapidly growing international client is growing is media and marketing team and is looking to add some new members to the team! The Paid Media Specialist in Canada is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity and you can be located in Ontario, Alberta or Quebec; all equipment will be provided. This position is best suited for someone who brings both social and search experience to the table; or at least search with strong interest in learning more on the social end. The position will involve all functions from planning, execution and reporting of campaign metrics - this is a highly analytical role with cross functions with various departments and teams.

Some of the responsibilities of the Paid Media Specialist job openings in Canada (remote) may include, but are not limited to;
Plan, execute, report and analyze campaign metrics on paid media
Be part of research and analysis to help forecast to provide to internal and external parties
Work closely with and integrate with cross functional teams; verbally and in written communications
Work closely with Google Analytics and the various media partners such as Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube, Twitter, Pinterest etc
Be a part of planning, setting up and managing campaigns across search, social and real-time bidding
Work with data visualization tools to help identify areas that need attention or improvement and bring solutions forward
Utilize your expertise in paid digital strategy to help support our clients and build the business lines
The requirements for the Paid Media Specialist job openings in Canada include;
Completed Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related
At least 2 years experience in Paid Media; whether from agency or in-house
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads or Bing Ads, and as many social media platforms as possible as they work on most!
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio etc a strong asset
Added toolbox knowledge; MS Excel (advance skills required), tag management systems, content management systems, demand side platforms and/or website testing tool exposure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communication and socialize with team member and client facing counterparts
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and passionate setting; the work but also the team fit these qualities
Creative thinking, ability to problem solve and think outside the box, be curious and able to work independently as well as be an outgoing member of a team
