Job Description Responsible for evaluating and managing new initiatives and business opportunities. This requires understanding of a customers business and requirements. Focus is on offering solutions as they relate to the future business environment and helping conceptualize the means to apply information technology as an asset. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in planning, designing, and implementing business plans with information technology strategies. Proof of full Covid-19 Vaccination will be required prior to employment Provide implementation services for client Microsoft technology deployment projects Recommends and facilitates business improvement programs. Provide technical project oversight for large scale Microsoft technology deployment/migration projects Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing processes. Provide presales solution and level of estimate development support as a Microsoft technologies subject matter expert Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of CompuComs industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise technologies Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members Six to ten years of experience in system administration of mission-critical 24/7 redundant Microsoft systems Experience as a Senior Implementation Lead and/or Architect Team Lead Three to Five years of experience in the following: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) assessment, design and implementation (SCCM/Config Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Windows Servicing) and co-management solutions Microsoft 365 / Office 365 migration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Apps) Consultancy, vendor, or large enterprise Multi-domain Microsoft Active Directory security architectures and Azure Active Directory Knowledge of Microsoft security (Defender, ATP, patch management) Significant experience within a enterprise scale (100 users) Windows Enterprise Strong DNS Services, DHCP Services, WINS, ISA, IIS Server, Cluster Server Experience with Azure workload lift-and-shift migration and PaaS solutions a plus Experience with automation scripting using Powershell, Jscript, etc. Experience with server virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware a plus Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone System deployment a plus Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) and/or other VDI solutions a plus Necessary Skills Superior customer facing and technical skills Experience working directly with vendors Project management experience Ability to assess clients environment prior to migration Ability to develop project plans Ability to document migration plan
