About the Job

Ferrari of Toronto - part of R. Ferri Automotive - is seeking a full-time Sales Manager/Store Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will elevate the buying experience and will be responsible for full operations at Ferrari of Toronto.

Position Objectives:

  • Responsible for overseeing full day-to-day operations at the dealership;
  • Ensure that customers enjoy the shopping and buying experience by providing professional, timely, and thorough service, and up-to-date product and pricing information;
  • Responsible for the digital customization journey of the guests (configuration and customization software);
  • Review, monitor and react to monthly KPI of sales and take P&L responsibility and ownership across new and used vehicle business;
  • Oversee the management of the whole cycle of customer acquisition, customer consultation, order placement to new car delivery process (including test drive procedures);
  • Responsible for full-cycle sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in purchase experience;


Qualifications:

  • Local candidates preferred (located in Downtown Toronto)
  • Excellent leadership, management, listening and communication skills;
  • Experienced and / or highly knowledgeable on operating a car sales department, including skills in advertising, merchandising, inventory, financing, and selling cars;
  • Strong knowledge of digital retailing;
  • Solid and effective sales and administration expertise:
  • Solid organization and multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Sound decision-making ability;
  • Computer literate;
  • Post-secondary graduate (university or college)
  • Posses a valid OMVIC license
