This Role: Reporting to the President, this position is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies for Omnify, globally. This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of product and service promotions, marketing campaigns and communications, as well as special marketing programs intended to drive aggressive sales growth. This position will have a high level of interaction with all members of the product development, operations and sales teams and own all aspects of marketing for Omnify in both Canada and the US.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management

  • Drive the development of cost-effective acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads and our sales pipeline.
  • Implementation of these defined strategies and tactics with internal and third-party players.
  • Development of the annual marketing plan for Omnify.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts including website, email, SEO, and more
  • Manages a team of marketing professionals, and works with the entire marketing team, toward on-time execution of all marketing tactics.
  • Researches and presents marketing trends and competitors’ marketing and promotional activities.
  • Translate brand strategies, positioning and customer insights into a strategic brief that leads to inspirational concepts and tactics that deliver on business objectives
  • Oversees department brainstorming and tactical meetings, as well as day-to-day activities.

Messaging Strategy

  • Develops and manages the execution of a comprehensive messaging calendar for multiple target markets
  • Support the delivery of a consistent brand voice, personality and visual identity across all platforms
  • Develops messaging plans for sales representatives, together with the VP Sales
  • Assists customer service and operations in improving and updating customer touchpoints.

Launch Management

  • Manages the development of annual printed and digital catalogues and supporting collateral.
  • Leads development of all supporting catalogues, flyers, tools, sales kits, and sales samples to support Omnify products and services.
  • Develops overall launch presentation and training materials for sales and internal teams for each product launch.

Promotions and Experiential

  • Develops and executes a full-year plan of promotions, specials, and targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive growth.
  • Oversees all email marketing and social media programs.
  • Define on-brand virtual interactions with customers.
  • Support the planning and execution of all external-facing company events and trade shows
  • Analyze the success of promotions.


  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence leaders at the executive level.
  • Strong attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
  • Digitally savvy, with a strong integrated marketing background and proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • An ability to innovate and bring fresh solutions to problems.

  • Degree in Communications, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Advertising, or related field required
  • 5+ years minimum experience in a marketing leadership function required
  • Agency experience a plus
