Our client is North America's largest window and door manufacturer that has been innovating the industry for over 110 years. At this time we are recruiting for the window replacement division which generates over $1B in annual revenue alone We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to continue developing an elite sales team. This individual will assume responsibility for training and coaching 40 sales members and onboarding any new sales hires. The Role Ensure that the culture and sales teams are meeting and exceeding the values and expectations of outstanding performance. Develop a deep understanding of the sales process and hone and implement our comprehensive training program to ensure maximum performance is being achieved. Develop a short and long-term strategy for achieving growth targets. Identify opportunities for improvement and sales excellence. Running a thorough sales boot camp for any new hires Provide outstanding leadership and management to the sales organization, ensuring there is a clear understanding of the sales methodology, that employee engagement and service quality remain extremely high. Requirements 5-7 years in a highly driven sales environment At least 2 years of sales coaching and training Proven track recording of leading a successful sales team Excellent presentation and listening skills Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment What’s in it for you?
