Alteo is looking for a Dynamics AX Business Analyst for a permanent position based in Longueuil. Teleworking during Covid Responsibilities: - Work both independently and as part of a team to analyze, evaluate, develop, implement and manage innovative systems and solutions. - Facilitate and organize meetings with users and managers to collect and document functional requirements. - Perform analysis and design activities to translate business objectives into system requirements. Design and document specifications for system changes. - Propose and suggest improvements to business processes. - Modifies or improves computer systems and applications, according to established methods, to automate workflows and business processes. - Manages system enhancements (small to medium sized projects) that implement complex technical solutions. - Coordinate quality and compliance in the execution of test plans. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Create user documentation for tools and solutions. Coordinate the completion of work instructions and comply with all other change management requirements. - Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with customers to provide effective solutions and meet business requirements. - Provides advanced user support and related training (train the trainer, end user). - Investigate and resolve help desk issues related to the company's business systems and applications. - Continually seek opportunities and trends to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships. Profile: - Bachelor's degree in IT or any relevant training related to business analysis. - 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst of computer systems - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (especially the financial and manufacturing modules) - Excellent knowledge of financial principles and manufacturing processes. - In-depth understanding of business processes and models, including best practices and workflows in various operational areas, combined with experience in customer relationship management, business intelligence and enterprise content management technologies. - Good understanding of business processes and models, including best practices and complete workflows in all operational areas. - Practical and hands-on knowledge of the following technologies (but not limited to): SharePoint, Windows 10, Office 365, Visio, IBM Cognos, Concur Travel & Spend. - Strong business analysis, quality assurance and management skills in managing multiple systems improvement projects from concept to delivery. - Creativity, initiative, results-oriented and highly motivated individual with proven analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and experience to independently solve complex business and technical problems. - In-depth knowledge of business analysis, change management and project management combined with the ability to identify and define gaps, risks and requirements. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the organization. - Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems and make timely decisions. - Ability to be flexible and exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment. - Ability to set realistic and achievable expectations for project delivery. - Ability to effectively manage resources and suppliers. - Good group presentation skills and facilitation skills. - Excellent customer service is one of your priorities and values. - PMP (Asset). - Bilingual (French and English).
