Senior Field and Account-based Marketing Manager This is an exciting opportunity to help MindTickle deliver personalized and effective marketing programs to drive long-term growth for the company. We’re looking to hire a creative, tech-savvy field marketing leader who will play a key role in bridging the marketing and sales teams, and help penetrate accounts to accelerate pipeline. This leader will also hire and manage field marketing reps in the other US regions. As part of the Demand Generation team, this role will be responsible for pushing the limits of account-based marketing internally at Mindtickle and in the industry by leveraging our best in class technology as well as leading the ABM Field Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and use data to drive decisions about the planning, targeting and execution of campaigns in conjunction with the extended marketing and sales team. The candidate will be a team player comfortable working in a very fast-paced roll up your sleeves environment. What you'll do Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and build customer intimacy Inform regional planning process and define marketing plans to create/accelerate opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth Act as marketing contact with sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow-up on programs to generate a targeted number of meetings and demos Support the Regional Sales leads on logistics and execution tasks to support the success of event programs such as trade shows, meetups, workshops, exec dinners, etc. Develop pre-and post-show communication and ABM plan Plan events and travel to select regions to provide onsite support to sales for events (as Covid restrictions lift - based on CDC guidelines) Work cross-functionally with BDRs, sales, product marketing, customer success and many others in aggregating data to build dashboards for measurement of all events Align all regional marketing activities to support the sales goals for marketing qualified accounts and opportunities Work with Marketing and Sales Ops teams to manage measurement of every event program its impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate event/campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement and ensure department consistency in reporting Project manage and import details around all field marketing events Manage and maintain invoicing process and accounting for events to ensure consistent tracking across all regions Work with the team to help build out and budget for our swag inventory: design, selection, project manage the process of distribution for field marketing, corporate and sales events Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience Minimum 5 years proven experience in B2B marketing and events (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing experience a plus) Experience with SFDC, Marketo, and 6sense or other Account Based Marketingtech a plus [analytics tools experience a plus] Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote teams Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
