WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will provide swift and friendly service and support to Maxon’s Volume customers, who purchase many licenses to enable their teams to do a variety of production and post-product work. While learning more about an industry that is shaping the way people create digitally—you’ll be helping designers, editors, artists and more. You will also collaborate with a global team of support specialists who have combined decades of experience with 3D applications and FX. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Work closely with the sales team as a technical engineer to ensure our largest customers have their needs met — you will be critical to making sales happen and keeping these customers happy • Build long-term strategic relationships with users at our key accounts such as The Walt Disney Company, NFL and NBC • Maintain swift first response time as well as resolution times—volume customers are under tight deadlines • Become an expert on all issues and technologies relevant to the volume sales department, including all Maxon products, licensing and internal tools • Contribute to documentation, FAQs and other customer-facing resources • Continue to improve communication and process with the sales team • Collect feedback from our enterprise customers to share with our product team • Represent the company with the highest of integrity and be a positive example within our organization • Handle all confidential information with the highest degree of discretion without exception • Utilize company assets in a prudent and judicious manner • Any and all other duties reasonably assigned by supervisor WHAT WE OFFER: You will be part of a highly motivated international team of specialists working in an environment that offers a wide range of individual development possibilities.
