If that’s you, get ready to join C15. About The Role Full-Time Office-based position - This is a permanent position based in Oakville, Ontario, with flexibility to work 1 day/week from home. Job Description Reporting to the VP of Product and Support, in this role you will support business systems in collaboration with a team of IT support professionals, Customer Success Managers and specialists within C15. You will also play a key part in software and system implementations and support the user base in the adoption of new technologies. As the successful candidate, you are a resourceful and self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills that looks forward to embracing new technologies. Main responsibilities – Custom Configuration, Server Management, Data Migration Part of C15 Support team, you will provide application support to C15 customers via C15 Support Portal, telephone calls, emails for our enterprise system. Isolating, reproducing and analyzing complex or escalated support issues and working those issues to resolution. You will be directly responsible for monitor and manage complex incidents and custom configuration requests, such as custom configuration, server management, data migration, etc. Acting as a point of contact for internal technical inquiries. Eventually, we would expect the role to be able to (with promotion ): Take on responsibilities in Professional Services and Sales support Collaborating on cross-team, cross-organization and cross-product technical issues with a variety of resources including Sales, Product Support and Professional Services. Provide project management on small implementations and support larger projects. Contributing to the knowledge base by authoring and editing articles to share current information with team members. Coaching and sharing knowledge with others as whitepaper or training. Qualifications Basic Requirements College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science Minimum of 3 years of related hands-on application support experience in providing L2/L3 support via a ticketing system; Knowledge and experience with Javascript, SQL, CGI, Perl, .NET or C++. Ability to independently manage multiple support requests and projects from start to finish, while managing time effectively Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-have Requirements Enterprise software support / deployment / configuration experience of platforms such as any QMS, CRM, ERP. Good knowledge/thorough understanding in Enterprise Content Management Fundamentals is an asset. Working knowledge of 3rd party automation applications like Zapier and SendGrid Familiarity with validated environments and compliance will be an advantage.
