As the Director WW SMB Renewals within the Global SMB Renewals Operations team, you are responsible for leading 3 distinct teams that deliver Forecasting and Operational Analytics, Customer Health, Communications and Process Enablement, and IT Integration and Portfolio development. You are responsible for the successful outcomes from each of these teams that operate in very fast-paced and evolving environments. We require an individual who has strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills, is analytical and possesses excellent communication and organization skills. Directly reporting to the EVP, WW Renewals, you will partner with the VP to envision and deliver solutions to both opportunities and challenges, and you will make recommendations to leadership on how best to deliver great results. Your focus is on continual process, people, and systems improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Developing pragmatic vision and driving strategy and execution tactics with your leaders and teams

• Building operational solutions that enable the vision of the WW SMB Renewals team

• Proactively engaging & collaborating with stakeholders and internal customers on fast moving requirements

• Mentoring, inspiring, developing and coaching your team members

• Understanding and ensuring the Integration Roadmap as it pertains to the Renewals organization is well executed and on time

• Collaborating with various business operations, finance, and IT teams to drive forward all assigned projects

• Ensure alignment and Change Management is executed before and after projects your team is involved in

• Delivering business results on time, with the required functionality and BI as needed

• Provide ongoing communication to sponsors, business owners and internal customers regarding project milestones, progress, and completion of activities to ensure smooth implementations

What It Takes:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in any Business, Management, or IT discipline

• You have 10+ years professional work experience in Business Operations, Renewals, or Sales Operations and/or IT Portfolio operations

• Experience managing a large and diverse team

• Experience owning IT Business outcomes

• Experience in leading the creation of Sales or Renewals Forecasts

• Experience in leading the creation of BI Analytics and Dashboards

• You can translate business requirements into functional IT systems requirements.

• You understand the foundational workings of SFDC, SAP, NetSuite, Tableau and can learn the functionality of various other internal systems and processes

• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.

• You are a creative thinker able to generate new ideas and concepts, and who can manage several concurrent projects within a high energy, fast paced and evolving environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence peers

• Understanding of subscription and maintenance renewals environments

• Highly organized; detail oriented, and you have ability to shift easily between a variety of tasks with ease

• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
